775 pilots have taken part in a grand prix. 79 of them have lost their life in a race car. Over 40% in the F1 car, the rest in other disciplines. From the pikes peak to the indy 500 and 24 hours Le Mans

combine pure sport with the hi-tech to reduce the risk and keep the same emotions

Model building

Using 3 different types of 3D printing methods. SLA for smaller elements with more details and FDM + SLS for bigger parts

Concept

The body is made of lightweight materials such as carbon fiber and has a Mercedes 1.6 V6 turbo hybrid engine, similar to those used in F1 vehicles

My primary goal was to improve my own skills after completing my studies.

So I focused on designing and manufacturing the vehicle using various 3D printing processes.

 
The project itself is an ultimate racing simulation that is almost identical to the real life driving experience. With the help of a virtual reality capsule, the risk of injury is reduced to zero and drivers control their cars from a safe distance.
